She takes her time with each of her clients. Hence why it's appointment only. I really like this concept because you're not waiting all day to have your hair done. The salon is also very nice tucked away in a nice tree lined street close to the F 2nd Ave train stop.
She has done everything from a cut to keratin. When I came to her my hair was badly damaged, different lengths, but Rosy worked her magic!
